Curtis Wright sign ten year lease renewal for the enitire of Richview Block 5

Eagle Street Partners are delighted to announce that we have agreed a lease renewal for another ten years with Curtiss Wright for the entire of Block 5 in the Richview Office Park, Clonskeagh. We have worked closely with Curtiss Wright to tailor a €2.7m refurbishment plan of the building which will see it’s BER rating transformed from a D2 to an A3 rating.
