Alun is Eagle Street’s Development Director.
Alun joined Eagle Street from vertically integrated private equity investment firm Roundhill Capital, where he provided oversight of major projects across Europe and was development lead in Dublin responsible for the deployment of over €800M into the Irish residential market, providing over 2,500 new homes and student beds since 2018.
Prior to Roundhill, Alun spent 6 years delivering super prime residential developments in central London, and before that over 15 years working in development consultancy, advising clients in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors across the UK.
Alun is a fully Chartered Member of both the Chartered Institute of Building and Association for Project Management, and holds an honours degree in Project Management from University College London.
