Conor joined Eagle Street from Lioncor Developments, (Oaktree Platform Company) a residential developer focused on the delivery of PRS units in the Irish market.
He was part of the acquisition team helping underwrite investment transactions and managing the pipeline of assets acquired.
Conor started his career in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice working on a variety of corporate restructurings, formal insolvencies, forensic accounting, and advisory appointments.
Conor holds a Business and Economics degree from Trinity College Dublin, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School.
