Eagle Street was founded in December 2020 by Justin Bickle and Shane Scully, focused on thematic real estate investment strategies and building vertically integrated operating platforms to support these strategies.

Our investment strategies comprise living, commercial offices, life sciences and retail, where we believe there is significant value to be unlocked through local knowledge and networks, active asset management, and vertically integrated operating platforms.

Eagle Street is part of Arrow Global Group, a vertically-integrated asset manager and a leading European credit and real estate investor with in excess of €85 billion of assets under management across seven target geographies in Europe.

Since December 2020, Eagle Street has deployed in excess of €650 million of capital across the residential and commercial office sectors, with combined deal size above €1 billion. Our growing team represents a unique blend of expertise in ground up development, operational real estate, active asset management, and institutional investment.
